To celebrate the release of our 2016 Pinot Noirs, we are pleased to announce the following dinners in collaboration with Karl Firla from Oscillate Wildly, Sydney.

Welcoming Karl and his team to Main Ridge Estate will be a reunion for winemaker James Sexton and Karl.

In his restaurant career before moving to Main Ridge Estate, James worked with Karl numerous times, most recently as restaurant manager and sommelier at Oscillate Wildly.

Karl’s career began in the Barossa Valley, working at the iconic restaurant, Bridgewater Mill. Relocating to Sydney, Karl held senior roles in the kitchens of 3-hatted restaurants; Est. and Marque. In 2010 Karl took the position of head chef at Oscillate Wildly, then shortly after became owner. Since then Oscillate Wildly has earned 2 Chef Hats for 3 years and is consistently ranked in the top 50 restaurants in the country.

Karl and James will work together to curate a 5-course menu including canapes, to be served with a selection of museum and 2016 vintage wines, our first at Main Ridge Estate.

Cost $175 per person. The menu will be published in the coming weeks on our website

Numbers will be limited to a total of just 80 across both venues.
