Crushed and gently pressed to barrel for primary and full malolactic fermentation, 15% new oak. William pear, honeydew melon, Meyer lemon and vanilla. A generous, fruit-filled palate bound by gentle phenolics and crisp acidity.
2025 MRE PINOT GRIS
Tasting Notes
Barrel fermented in old French barrique. Crimson pear, honey apple, rose and white pepper. A textured and full-bodied expression of Pinot Gris.
2025 MRE ROSÉ
Tasting Notes
Whole bunch pressed Pinot Noir. Barrel fermented, partial malolactic conversion. Confected strawberries, rhubarb, rose and cream. Luscious palate with a crisp finish.
