Tasting Notes
Despite its high altitude, the North facing aspect of the Main Ridge Estate offers a powerful expression of Chardonnay, balanced by high natural acids retained in the cool nights. Riper fruit characters are expressed in a mix of melon and peach, complimented by delicate oak derived spices.
