The 2016 vintage marks the first wines produced under the Sexton family ownership. Nat White has been closely involved in the making of these wines in his role as consultant and mentor to new winemaker James Sexton, together with our long serving viticulturalist, Linda Hodges.

The warmer conditions of 2016 resulted in this being the earliest (and quickest!) vintage in Main Ridge Estates recent history. However, we believe that the quality and style of the 2016 Pinot Noirs demonstrate the Main Ridge Estate viticultural and wine making traditions have been sustained into the next generation.
