 Age restriction

You must not order or buy wine from us if you are aged under 18.

Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to,

or to obtain alcohol on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years.

Wine deliveries

Main Ridge Estate use Australia Post to deliver wine, everywhere in Australia.

If you experience a delivery problem, we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Wine orders are packed carefully, and breakages are rare. If your wine is damaged on arrival please contact us immediately, and we will advise return instructions and a replacement plan. We will cover re-delivery costs.

Please note if there are no delivery instructions and you are out, Australia Post will leave a card directing you to collect the order from the local Post Office. In some rural areas your order may be delivered to the local Post Office.

Delivery times are normally from 2 to 10 working days, though may be delayed in peak periods. You will be able to track your order status on the Australia Post My Post system.

Returns and refunds

We are committed to resolving any difficulty a customer may experience with a wine order.

We do not normally accept a return or make a refund if you have simply changed your mind about the purchase, or have made the wrong selection.

We will replace any bottle of wine or refund you if it is flawed or corked.  In the event you consider wine you purchased has a serious fault, please advise us in writing as soon as possible at mre@mrestate.com.au so we can arrange delivery back to us.  The wine must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date you received it, including the unfinished portion of the original bottle and the original packaging.

We will contact you to acknowledge receipt of the returned wine, and once inspected we will promptly notify you if we agree or dispute that the return has a serious fault.   If the return is accepted you will have the options of replacement of the wine (if stock is available), or a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
